What is "charge-on-success" billing?
We believe in honest billing. If you start a crawl and it fails due to server failures, timeouts, or rate limits on the target website, your credits are automatically refunded. You are only charged for documentation compiles that complete successfully.
How do free crawls work?
Every space in Docsieve allows the first 3 crawled pages to be completely free. This lets you inspect the format and structure of parsed output files before consuming compute credits.
Is BYOK secure?
Yes. Your LLM API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard Fernet symmetric cryptography and are masked in the UI. Keys are only sent to providers directly during crawl runs, and are never exposed to browser localStorage.
